The Target Center, the facility with the longest running naming rights deal in U.S. pro sports, returns to the NBA postseason in tonight’s play-in matchup between the Timberwolves and Clippers. Target and the Timberwolves first came together in ’90, the year the arena opened, and reached a multiyear extension in ’15 that has seen the partnership reach 32 years. Target is headquartered half a mile from the arena and employs approximately 8,500 people in the region. To see more information on deal lengths for major stadiums across the U.S. sports marketplace, request a demo with SBJ Atlas.

The Timberwolves and Target have enjoyed a rich partnership together that has been going for 32 years and counting.
