Georgia Power extended their deal with the Braves in ’17, furthering a partnership that has been on the books for more than 50 years. The extension included the addition of 61 EV charging stations inside parking decks around Truist Park and the surrounding Battery area. Georgia Power Pavilion, a mixed-use development stage also made to host pre- and postgame events, was constructed alongside the opening of the Battery, which occurred the same year as the renewal.
